Dont know if this has been covered already but what underwear does everyone recommend for running in. I've tried skin tight boxers and briefs etc.. but they all seem to have their own problems and Ive not found that 'perfect' one yet.
Ive been thinking about giving these all in one tyoe things a go - what do you all think?:

In the winter I'll wear a pair of cycling shorts and then non lined shorts over the top... keeps you in place and snug.
Don't.. and I repeat DON'T wear just cycling shorts for running, it does look like a divided sign... and no-one, not even the wife, wants to see that!
depends.
SHorts with lining, or somethign like these if I am weraing long tights.
These are actually VERY comfy, dont chaf etc
(although I take your point - did you see the 'enhancing' swimwear)
Lol - you mean these badboys!?

It is an 'interesting' site - Im tempted to treat myself
M&S briefs / slips or whatever they are called are great. Never had any problems with them
Even keep my boys in the barracks. Must be good
Also I have salomon lined shorts which have a inner liner so don't wear other underwear on that
I'd second the M&S sport underwear. I preferred the longer leg ones as I found the slips did chafe on anything more than a short run.
3 Pack - Ultra Fit® Sport Hipsters with Stretch
I normally wear the briefs under SKINS half-tights
FGL Active 2 Pack Briefs
I find that more comfortable than wearing just the long trunk version from the same range
FGL Active 2 Pack Long Trunks
Personally I never got on with the M&S Ultrafit range because, like everything else at M&S, the sizing was too large for me.
I'd like to recommend calvin klein underwear on http://www.hotcalvinklein.com/ I wear , very good cotton can protect our thighs, let me move freely
M&S microskin

Zero chafe for me.
Have been using Nike Pro Core but they are expensive and a bit fragile in my opinion. HI have recently tried Kalenji from Decathlon and both the briefs and shorts have been great. They are cheap too.
None. Underwear just gets hot and chafs. Running shorts and tights are designed to be worn commando anyway.
