In the magazine, I see that the mass start is 10:00 this year not 9:45.

It looks like it'll be for this year only, as they are fitting in an extra event (world champs for blind and amputee runners, who are starting just after the wheelchair athletes).

I sent a message round to about 100 people yesterday with a military-precision timetable of exactly where I expect to be along the course at what times.
