HI,
After wearing the same running trainers for many many miles, it was time for a change.
I went into the sweatshop, where i usually go, but the prices seemed obscenely high with not a huge amount of choice and i wasn't sure if the teenage Saturday kid really knew what he was talking about so i decided against purchasing the £120 shoes, glad i did as when i looked them up on the net i found exactly the same trainers for half the price.
Anyway my question which running trainers are best? I am prone to getting Placitas Fascilitis so would need some decent support. I am willing to spend £80-£120 but just have no idea which ones to buy and which advice to follow.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks

Just to add this this , when i run i tend to stike the ground with my heel first.
Thanks
With Sweatshop you can run in their shoes for 30 days and if you don't like them they will change them. So it can be well worth buying them.
I got my last ones in Sweatshop for about £50.00.
I would trust them before a load of runners myself included who haven't got a clue how you run or what you need.
Many thanks
Fair enough if they didn't have much choice I got adidas ones the last time and for the first time in years I haven't had toe trouble so I am really happy with mine.
First time I have had Adidas.
Good point Lou don't fix what aint broke!
Thanks
You are never going to get a good recommendation for you by asking us lot. We all have our favourites and we all have the trainers that suit us.
Try some out in the shop, in fact try all the ones in the shop if you have time.
My personal recommendation is the Brooks pure range, but that's just me!
Thanks
Thanks
If you like them and they haven't got the support, get a decent set of insoles.
They have sorted my shin splints and eased the plantar fascitis in my left foot...
