Does anyone know a runner who might be unable to do the Half Marathon and has a number going spare. I assume numbers can be transferred.
Any help much appreciated.

I have just come across this on the race website:
Do not pass your running number onto somebody else without notifying registration first. This is to ensure the results are correct and for obviously safety and medical reasons.
So if anyone has a spare number a transfer is acceptable.

Please do not turn up on Sunday if you do not already have a place. There will be no numbers available at all on the day.
There is an excellent half marathon at Freckleton on Sunday 16th June. it is the oldest half marathon in the UK. But enter early because it will also be full well in advance of the day.
I'm also looking for a couple of places. It's looking unlikely, but does anyone has one going or know how we may get our hands on one?
He-he, I cannot believe it, I started the thread asking for a number for a friend and eveyone else seems to be getting fixed up.
Pretty please if there is anyone else with a spare number, could I please have it.
