FIrst Half Marathon

Hi all,

I've recently started running in order to raise money for charity. My daughter was diagnosed with a very bad form of epilepsy last March, so I thought its about time i tried to help. Ive been out at least every other day and I'm hooked! My friend and I have entered into the Run to the Beat in September as our first event to raise money for Epilepsy Research UK. Is this a good event? Hope so! Training is going well, although i do seem to ache a lot after.

If anyone is good enough to want to sponsor me, please follow the link;

Thanks in advance. If not any tips would be very welcome.
