is this normal for begginers i can do the first 7 mins with no problem but when i rest it f**ks me up ??

the thing is i can run the first 7 but not the second
and precisely for the reasons that COugie is explaining ... slow the first one down to a conversational pace and you'll manage the others no problem
Usain Bolt can run 200m in 19.5 seconds... but I bet he can't do it again a 2 minutes later.
He's not going to get frustrated about it.
I did the same plan as you are doing - I was doing 12-13 minute miles - so 50-60% slower than you - and my second 7 minute stint is faster than my first.
You should aim maintain your pace otherwise you are starting too fast. IMHO 7 min mile is way too fast for a beginner
Your goal has to be to run the whole session - and you therefore need to run 7 minutes at a pace you can repeat for the whole session. As others have said, you are running way to fast and are just not recovering in time for the next one - I used tyo watch Sally Gunnell train - she would run 200 metres flat out and then take 8-10 minutes recovery before doing the next one - It seems like you are trying to run flat out and then expecting to do it again!!!! Just slow it down a bit, and well done for getting where you have got to.
As everyone has said slow things down a bit.
Slow down!
I wish I could run a 7minute mile....
Is this a wind up.........a 7 min mile is quite some going , if you started a month ago.Like others have said , slow right down, don,t sprint it .
