Zinc Oxide tape from superdrug - far better than anything else for protecting the nips. Even survived 50 miles in the pouring rain on the SDW50.

I didn't find that shop any different to any other good running shop. Didn't seem to stock more products.
Ann Summers for nipple tassels, and the Greengrocers for some Beetroot, rhubarb and Swiss chard.
