Stripped the race wheels and cassette down this afternoon, cleaned everything and rebuilt them....have a few spare washers now if anyone needs any.... ???
I have a bike scheduled for tomorrow and Thursday and at some stage I need to put new tyres on .... at the moment I just feel like sleeping for the week
I had the pleasure of cycling around some North Californian vineyards last week. It was hot and hilly. And I thought to myself "thank god I'm not doing Lanza"
Kudos to you lot for even thinking about it. I didn't like the way it was hard to breathe due to the heat, or the way the sweat dripped off whilst standing still.
Re-fitted the IM France block and added a new chain for the fun of it, not tested yet, was tempted to do the Piratey thing and try it out on race day but that's a tad too silly even for me!
Sherpa is currently sorting out clothing, not mine though, she really needs to understand her duties
Being old and male I'd guess a number in the 1400-1500 range, will go and have a look

Everyone's a comedian
I just checked the race numbers and now that I've 'aged up' it looks like it's Barley and myself battling for glory in the 40-44 age group.
