The 19th running of the Long Eaton 5 will be held on June 23rd, slightly later than usual. Free finish line photographs, free glass of beer, kit bag, goody bag, charity cake stand, Derby Runner reduced kit and shoes, mainly parkland, flat 5 miler.
Cost £7/£9 or an extra 75p to enter on-line through runners world

Entries are steadily coming in. The on-line method of entry is cheaper than 2 stamps.
A reminder that you can enter on-line for this event on the 23rd June - we will also be taking entries on the day, but it is cheaper to enter on-line !
The on-line entry is now closed, but you can enter on the day (no chance of getting full) for £8/£10.
Please be there early so that we can get all the on-the-day entries put on the computer before the race finishes.
