Definitely PB potential. The area is flat as a pancake which can be wind affected but this race has been won in under 29min a few times. Surprised more on here aren't doing it.

Agreed, it's definitely flat but it's never been won in under 29 mins. It was won in 2011 in 32mins. Before that it was a 5 mile race.
I wasn`t far off a PW at Owston. Nice little place though.
