Is 2.5 weeks long enough to train for a sprint Aquathlon?!

I was fairly fit and running 2 - 3 times a week up until two weeks ago when I fell and needed stiches in my right knee.  Stiches are out now and I had been planning on doing a sprint aquathlon on 7th July.  Am I mad to still be considering it?  Knee is still quite sore, so was planning on doing plenty of swimming and winging it on the running.... opinions please image
