the problem with anything later than early October is day length and safety issues then present themselves. not so bad with running on lighted streets etc but no way would you be allowed to swim or ride in the dark mornings.
over late Autumn/Winter you need to head to the Southern Hemisphere to find LD races
That's what I thought but you never know, some one might have come up with some odd ball event some where. I need an event for 2015, IM has Arizona, Western Australia and Cozumel. The first two, entries close very quickly none of them are cheap to get to or enter.

Midnight Man is in July - starts at 6pm with the idea that you start and finish in daylight at least
IM Florida is at the start of November but also suffers with selling out quickly and costly - good event though - did it in 2007
JB - if you want to do one of the far flung ones then why not look at combining it with a holiday? that's what we did with Florida
