Metatarsal injury?

Evening all, 

looking for some advice about my foot pain.  I've drawn on my foot where I feel the 'pain' which is more like a burning sensation.

Without me going to the docs is this familiar to anyone? 

as of yet it hasn't stopped me running and the burning is at its worst when my foot is fully flexed I pushing off.
