Ever tried to help ...

Snap!Snap! ✭✭✭

In trying to help, I turned a small plumbing leak in the men's loos yesterday into a major flooding incident this-morning. Oops.

Should I own up?

I tried to separate two cats having a fight once.

It didn't work. Every time I had apparently distracted cat A, Cat B would try to run away and Cat A would take off after him, catch him and pin him down.

I saw them  both again afterwards so no serious harm was done.

Ah, I've done something similar to that. I helped a young lady to jack her car up. having no experience of body kits, I didn't put the jack under the jacking point, rather I put it under the mark on the side skirt, there to indicate where th ejacking point was. there follwoed much cracking of plastic. I had to own up. She was standing behind me.

Muttley - I think I'm going to let this one go. (sshhhh).

When I worked in a factory I noticed that the new white board on our production line still had some plastic across the front of it, so being a helpful chap I decided to peel it off. It turns out that the plastic sheeting is required so that you can wipe the writing off. I was informed by my manager that as it was a specialist food safe board, it had cost the company £150.

    Whoops!

Reached out at the beginning of a log flume to help the man in front pass his sunglasses to his wife not doing the ride, lost my hold of them and £140 worth of designer sunglasses fell under our big plastic log and got squashed.  I ask you, who even buys £140 sunglasses let alone wears the to the American Adventure theme park?  image

My wife was once asked to take a photo for a guy in the leaning tower of Pisa, as he passed her his rather expensive looking piece of camera equipment, my wife proceeded to drop it down some of the lovely hard steps.....oopsimage.
