right just bringing the list forward so we don't lose it..I know there are still a few names to go on there when they remember
Have a speedy recovery SA. At least you'll have a good taper
Ali I wouldn't worry about doing the full swim distance. My furthest was 3000m yesterday. You'll just carry on. I didn't do full distance for the half and that was also fine. You're better off resting up now. Adrenaline will take you the rest of the way.
SA you big numpty!!! I reckon you filled up the car then threw yourself to the ground in a bid to distract them from making you pay for it seriously though it must be gutting, but you're strong from all the training, so rest up, pound the painkillers and you'll get to the start line. I'll keep everything crossed for you xxx
they are so much more than a cuddle.......you have to experience one to learn the difference..its one of those words that its impossible to translate properley
Calling in to let all you lovely people know I will be there to support and give good old fashioned cuddleleave hope the weather holds as I will mainly be sitting at the finish all day drinking myself into a stupor.
Can someone please remind me to get the pompoms and cow bell out the loft later this week.
17 to 31 max is quite a range, but even the average will be rather hotter than I am used to. Won't complain about any temperature though if the wind stays under 10mph.

There is a bar cwtch in the Cardiff bay.
Thinking of you Q. Recover well.

If it still says that this time next week I might believe them - but I suspect it wont
so all thses cold winter months of training will be for nothing as I die of the heat......I can't wear any less than monaco and shorts

((((((((SA)))))))) hope you are ok on the day. Get loads of rest
Dont forget the pompoms dear
31? They have to be looking at the wrong part of the world!
SA fingers crossed you get to the start line, rest is a wonderful thing.
Ali, once you get to the furthest away from the swim start getting back is a real motivator
22 is still quite warm by UK standards
holly, I have a cow bell , unfortunately it has an ironman logo on it....
I have a cow bell ... she wasn't best pleased I took it
they don't really like them and mostly all end up deaf, win win
Ooh. I have those really irritating hand clappers somewhere too....
Me, beer, noisy stuff. You're all going to hate me by the end of the day.
