People need to be careful with the spectator passes as I read that spectators are grouped according to the wave which the runner is in (which we don't know yet). Therefore people might end up not being able to sit near one another...just saying it might be best to wait for packs to come through in a few weeks time before offering them to others.....
flat as a pancake apart from the odd ramp here and there (including one up to the path around the outside of the velodrome) and a short up and over on the roadbridge over River Lea if I remember correctly

And yes to this - last year the passes (wrist bands) were colour coordinated with starting pen - each with own designated area of seating within the stadium.
Are packs meant to have arrived by now? Re: Route, the park was fairly flat for the Olympics last year..so will as long as the weather's not too similar to the heatwave it should be a good course....like someone else mentioned..you don't want the experience of the last 100m to whizz by too slowly....
Also and spread bets on how many "mobots" and lightning bolts are re-enacted that day...
Hi Antz, I'm looking for 2 spare spectator passes if you have these going spare? Have 3 kids and partner wanting to watch so otherwise will have to decide who can go!
Hello all, assuming the three runners’ packs which we’re expecting all turn up I should have four spare spectator tickets for the race. Please message me if you are looking for some. I did the race last year and remember if being a nightmare deciding who to take so can sympathise with those looking for tickets.
Hi all, my entry pack arrived today but unfortunately I'm now not going to be able to run. Gutted as I was so pleased to get an entry after being unsuccessful last year. Anyone interested in it please message me.
Isle of running - unable to message you but if you still have spectator passes, I would be interested. I'm looking for two more passes ideally as have 3 kids and OH wanting to watch.
Hello. I have 2 spectator passes to the 'Red Zone' area which I do not need. I would like to give them away for a donation to my parish church, St Martin's Roath, Cardiff. Please send me a private message if interested.
Stuart, for some reason I am unable to message you but I would love your two tickets and would happy to donate to your church. Are you able to message me or change your profile setting to receive messages?
Medium T-Shirt is definitely on the large side, not sure whether to run in it or not. I know it will look good with everyone in blue, however I want my family to be able to spot me in the stadium so might wear something a bit brighter instead. What's everyone else planning on doing?
Guess I could bring both shirts and make my decision on the day, that way I'll know whether I'm being a party pooper or not!

Johnny that's rude
Doesn't everyone get two spectator passes anyway?
I travel past the park on a dailiy basis and cant envisage it being anything other than fairly flat.

2 spectator passes is one too few when you have twins - I'm desperate for a 3rd or it's judgement of Solomon
Do you still have any? Please message me
I still have passes, after reading the above posts I will wait to see what colour the passes are before giving away..sorry to cause any problems

BTW, anyone know if 'S' is the smallest size for the t shirt? Mine seems huge!
T shirts do seem on the generous side, I've got a pretty large medium one.
I'm sure small was the smallest listed on the application form.

Received my pack today, getting very excited.

ran 5 miles today and it nearly killed me so hope it cools down a little next week!
