Footwear for running Y3P's in Summer

Whats the best type of footwear for this? Mix of steep rocky ascents / descents and also long flatish sections of gravel, grass and hard slabs. No wet or bogy sections at all.
Are fell running shoes the best choice for this ?

Any trail shoes will be fine, although you'll be lucky to get round without finding a wet bit somewhere along the way!
I used to use inov8's, mizuno wave harriers, adizero's, now vivobarefoots...
