HowTo Keep Cool

  1. Drink at least half a glass of water every 15 minutes
  2. Eating spicy foods cools your body down
  3. Slow down, even if you are young fit and healthy
  4. Make the most of air conditioned buildings
  5. Try to avoid rush hour
  6. Wear light colours
  7. Ice and cold towels will cool you down
  8. Wear a sun hat and always use sun cream
  9. Run cold water over your wrists
