I've never known anything like this on any site. It's an embarassment. Even the basics are totally screwed. If I let software changes go out like this, I'd be out of a job pretty quickly.
Just tried to access Ben's thread about the site issues, only to find.....yep, you guessed it, I can't access it. I was genuinely interested in his reaction to the posters on there.
The funniest thing is that they look after BBC magazines such as Gardeners World and Top Gear. What was my first job in England 13 years ago? Working for BBC Worldwide on the websites Gardenersworld and Top Gear. Im sure there is irony somewhere in there.

Just found out (yet again) I can't get into my thread.
Total and utter shambles.
Think I may go offline for a few days, see if they sort it out by then!
if not......hello other running forums
Its unusual for a forum to be dysfunctional for this long I must say.
Wonder if Duncan Chater reads his emails outside of core work hours?

I'll let you know.......
Shame that the technical problems will not allow me to log out
I haven't been able to log out either...
Log out! Log out!
That's all this site ever does is log out.
I've had to log in three times a day.
🙂
I wouldn't care if Ben thought we were all shagging horses if he had the influence to get this bloody site fixed

So, this is ultimately your fault?
One thing I noticed on Screama's link - Immediate used to be at least in part Magicalia - which IIRC was the old company that looked after the forum.
It was indeed ... and I am sorry if my update on this thread is the update of doom again
So let us know then... Does the good Mr Chater read his emails outside of core work hours or not?
