might be a weird one but does anybody run using a back support?
On Saturday I finished a 56 miler and by the end I was like a hunchback shuffling along. I ahve always had issues with my back and posture. I do strength exercises etc etc. But I have seen a few people running with back support one of them being quite a handy ultra runner Mike Arnstein.
Does anybody else out there or has anybody ever tried running with a back support??

Basically to give you a helping hand with posture and keep you more upright come the end of an Ultra?
