Good interview, but this is a serious publication, not an online blog. Please could someone edit it. There are so many horrible mistakes, no punctuation, sentences running on and on, and even a use of "there" insted of "their".
"they put there thumbs up" - that was the real cracker, and made me not take the rest of the article seriously.

Indeed. Terrible use of apostrophes too.
Also there is no mention of Park Runs and in the Runnersworld universe this is a must - (he needs to be accused of being DF3 too!!!
When making a post about horrible mistakes it is mandatory to include one of your own so well done!
