advice needed
I'm wanting to do my first ever Duathlon, can anyone please recommend a type of bike and clothing.. Been searching internet but so many different ideas....

As to bike - something like the Triban from Decathlon always gets excellent reviews.
And buy a number belt too.

Did a Duathlon this year in Pendine as the swim was to Rough most people wearing either Tri shorts or Tri suits you can wear running shorts but the pad in the Tri shorts is comfy, As to bikes all types there from Mountain to TT narrrow smooth tyres will help with speed Enjoy..
