1st Windsor half today, great event a proper challenge what with heat and hills. Only 2 gripes, the water in cups and the rather late start time (1pm). But apart from that a really well organised event.

I ran my first ever half marathon today. I found it tough but was delighted to run around the whole course without stopping.
i never want to see another hill again.
agreed with the 1pm start, doesn't make it easy when working out what and when to eat!
yep agree with trying to work out times to eat, also made it a long day for my girlfriend and 2 month old.
Yeah had my fair share of hills for the time being.
Well done on your 1st Half, if you want an easier one the Wokingham Half is a nice flat course run through nice country lanes. Well organised.
