I've got a place to do London in April.
I'm not a running virgin.
In 2010 Great North Run in 1.59.
Then I broke my back in a car crash.
I'm back running.
GNR this year 2.17 though I havent run since...
I'm ready to start training properly and I'm optimistic for sub 4.30.
Training plan advice needed. Where to start? And when?

Good luck with the marathon. Why did you stop after the GNR ? Seems silly to waste fitness.
