Inspired by PhilPub's photo of a tasty-looking homemade Scotch egg on another thread, I thought there should be a place to post your (or others') yummy culinary creations for the rest of the forum to drool over.
(No salads please)
Here's a very chocolatey cake to kick off (or lick off)! Not made by me I may add, but just as an example of the level of depravity we're looking for here

Marmite on toast.
Way too vanilla Rickster - this is supposed to be food porn
Smashing cupcakes though TheDan
We went Greek tonight - Gigantes Plaki (butter beans cooked with tomatoes, really tasty) with a Greek s***d (trying to avoid mentioning the forbidden dish) and some nice bread to soak up the oil and sauce. With a drop of red wine - not Greek though (Chiroubles). Not really into cakes but those cup cakes do look very good!
Nice cupcakes. What flavour?

Mince pies
Brioche bread pudding
Black forest gateau
grast girlk... can you keep me a scone please
Sorry, they were made (and devoured) this summer when we could have them with our homegrown strawberries. Only things I didn't make personally were the birthday cake (unknown) and the mince pies (my OH).
Pity about the reference to the OH there GG ... I was just about to ask if you're spoken for
I made that. Srsly.
I bet that link won't work anyway.
MrFrog makes a wonderful bread & butter pudding using panettone. My brother said "I don't know what this is but it's fantastic". No photos - it doesn't last long enough.
I really like salad.
But since it's been barred from the thread, I also really like chocolate mousse:
Good stuff!
I particularly like the look of those scones and would like to order one of Seren's fry-ups please
(she said, drinking a dairy smoothie...)
Omg! Love me food, the only thing that's keeps me going sometimes when I,m slogging up a hill is what I,m gonna stuff my face with when I get home.please can we have a pic of homemade malt loaf!
I've seen a recipe for that somewhere, it does sound good.
I only eat healthy salads, but I guess some of us take training more seriously than others ....... just saying ......
Those salads don't really help you run quick marathons though - just saying...
to be fair, he didn't say which of us take training more seriously than others. Presumably not him.
