the race organisers would ask that all runners be sensitive about rubbish disposal, noise levels, listen to marshals instructions, and use only the Portaloos provided. As we’re sure you would expect, we do not tolerate antisocial behaviour.
I do like on the entry form I get to add my clan!! And what a civilised start time - 10am! Might be just as well, as its sort of my birthday weekend.....so there may be the odd pint of heavy consumed the night before!
Most Tris seems to start in the middle of the bloody night! Lanza - we were in the water at 6:00, which meant breakfast at 4:00!
Even New York marathon, you're on the bus by 5:30am - so 10:00 is very civilised - but then what else would you expect from the civilised nation on Earth?

She's very cute in a plastic, monstery kind of way.
Incidentally, this year, a few of us took our wetsuits and went for a refreshing (in a bracing kind of way) swim in the Loch. It was definitely something we were planning to do again next year if people are interested?
OMG - i just seen the profile - thats definitely a PB course, but would i feel a fraud if i got a sub 3:00 on this course? anyone done it before that knows the course, is it tarmac or trail?

Yup, tis all on the road My Garmin suggests 3,000ft decline and 2,000ft incline. I counted 3 'hills' and the rest undulating. Need to work on downhill running for next year

Rafiki, not sure what time Tri's normally start? First coach leaves Inverness around 7:30am so not that much of a lie in.
