I find i struggle to keep to a decent pace and never a great idea for a PB...and it's never easy finding a secluded bush during a 10k and even with the right focus you are bound to pull out suddenly or even end up at the rear due to pressure
I believe its quicker if you go with the new method of going bare.you feel more around you.better sensations without any heavy covering.........Its just the manufacturers fooling you that you need anything more than nature provided you will........back in the forests men did ever need a covering when doing it......go natural
Also, try to avoid doing it with an all-male group. Things can get far too competitive very quickly, and before you know it everyone's expended and won't have any energy to perform again tomorrow.
mmm complicated - do i need a GPS to find the spot?
You might want to do a bit of research before setting off - there's nothing more embarassing than having to stop to ask for directions when you are all sweaty and panting.
its a lot like racing a parkrun. i set off as fast as i can and its seems to be over quickly. yet women take f*cking forever, wanting chat on route and im often showered and moved onto to something else before she is finished.

I enjoy lapping the women and they seem to like it too.

Only on solo runs - if you are with a partner they might prefer you to talk to them while you are doing it.

No, I would find your own route it will be more interesting.
Vaseline.
Might have to take a head torch tbh - getting lost out in the bush this time of year running bare could be prolonged effort for not much gain
You think the OP might experience chafing Dachs?
a lot of friction is created especially with wrong gear and poor form
Particularly in wet weather.

Don't be afraid to pay someone to show you the ropes.
Good advice. A lot of people cock up before they've even warmed up properly.
Are these two doing it wrong?
