Karen - you are losing - not loosing - sodium. I take it that is because you are sweating when you run. As cougie says just increase your intake of salt and you should be fine.
Please give more information, have you had your blood levels of sodium measured and found to be low? - If so, hyponatraemia has a number of causes- not all related to loss of sodium.
What investigations have been performed so far?
If you simply mean that your sweat is salty- tasting- that's normal.
