a week today I slightly went over funny on my left foot. It never hurt at the time and i went on to do a 4.5 mile run. since then I have been able to walk fine on my feet as normal, but if I lean my left foot to the left I get a pain inside,
I've not ran since I done it, but I really need to do my training as I'm running London 2014 marathon

its been a week ad doesn't feel any better, I'm itching to run
Tendons/Ligament whatever you have damaged take time to repair
Do some mobility exercises and if you are at all concerned it is more than a sprain then I would seek medical advice
