Merry Christmas all. After the London marathon Nell Mcandrew was interviewed on TV and she mentioned a book she said was amazing in helping you achieve your goals in marathons, anyone remember what it was thanks?

I've read it and think it's awful. The book is very hard to follow and jumps around all over the place.
I would not want to lend or donate my copy to anyone planning to run a marathon, as I think it would be doing them a disservice.
Advanced Marathoning by Pete Pfitzinger gets my vote.

If you focus on marathon training too much you'll have a harder time on the ironman.
