what is the fastest time I could possibly get?

So I haven't been running long distances for very long so I don't really know what I'm talking about. I ran a 10k for the first time 2 months ago in around 43 minutes kind of randomly. I ran it again today in 40 minutes. Is that a good time for a 13 year old girl? Also how much could I improve over a year if I trained long x3 a week with additional track practices?
