... after far too long procrastinating I'm going to upgrade from my 310XT to the 910XT and instead of relying on Google Shopping search, I wondered where you guys managed to find the best deal for the stand alone watch and (what I'm more likely to end up buying) the watch with tri-bundle?
Thanks peeps.
P.S. There'll be second-hand 310XT going on the cheap soon!

I found Amazon the cheapest...
Got mine at wiggle but I battered down the retailer on my Edge at the Tri Show a couple of years ago and got a stonking deal. As you know, it's on this coming weekend so..........
I bought mine form swiminn.com - its based in Girona, Spain but it arrived in 3 days. I know Rosie has used this place as well. Currently on sale for 279.00, which is the same as Wiggle at the moment I think
I have used Handtec and found them to be reliable and cheap. I think the basic 910xt is £230 at the moment £268 with HRM

Got mine from http://www.burrowsgps.co.uk/ - seemed to have a good price at the time.
Mine was Handtec too
Got mine from Start fitness. If you get on to their mailing list every so often they have a 20% discount of everything.
Just got an e-mail saying this weekend it is 10% off everything from Startfitness. Just put SALE10 in when you checkout. Makes a big difference when buying the 910XT.
On a related note, don't bother with downloading Garmin Express just yet, riddled with bugs and just will not connect to my 910. Loads of comments and discussion on it online.
On offer this weekend for the FULL tri bundle

After a couple of days of frustration I've got Garmin Express working fine. I've 3 Garmins - the 910 was the only one that worked fine straightaway, it managed to totally wipe my Edge 800 and I've a 310 for running (as the 910 thinks I am always running at an altitude of 22,000 feet) and found some instructions on Garmin's site that I had to hard reset it to connect. Followed the instructions and it worked. I'd say Garmin Express does a nice job of fixing something that really wasn't broken.
After disappointing fair at Tri Show, StartFitness just picked up my business including 910XT tri bundle and a new pair of trainers. Last time I invested heavily in Garmin (310) they announced new product (910) within a month so watch this space...
Thanks Tricoops for heads-up. SF owe you.
You must be a serious athlete Cheggers with all that altitude training!
No problem Robbie. The 910 is a great addition to any triathletes gadget collection.
Got mine at Amazon £100 cheaper than anywhere else, but was missing instruction books so I emailed Amazon and they gave me a £50 refund so bought cadence sensor direct from Garmin with that.
However I suspected it had been a demo model or something and have just had to send it back to Garmin who no quibble have fixed it and sent it back but interested to know what the 'refurbished' note applies to on the return. Should be back with me this week, only sent on Saturday.
When its working the 910XT has fantastic data collection
Handtec are generally the best
handtec are generally the cheapest.
I always go with amazon as I like their returns policy (I'm sur handtec are probably as good)
there is a site which tracks the amazon price. it can vary a LOT
those having probs with altitudes on the 910xt might find this article interesting...

fixed mine perfectly!
Elevation is a known problem - Garmin will replace if you get this. 2nd 910 just gone back for replacement as only lasting 4 hours. Good device, but can have issues.
The Amazon price tracking site mentioned above is http://uk.camelcamelcamel.com
All my 910's have gone wrong on the elevation - I've had 4 replacements but now it's way out of warranty and they won't change it again. Whenever I run it thinks I am at 28,000 feet. I've bought a cheap 310 for running now.
