Can anyone help? The furthest I have ran is 18miles due to problems with toenails/ blisters and an injury. There is only 4 weeks to the marathon is it still possible to run it as all injuries have gone?
If youve run 18 miles you can get round 26. You could do another long run this weekend and then a 3 week taper ? You won't be breaking records so pace yourself accordingly.

The solution to the problem is straight forward... All you have to
