Ive just started a c25k plan I am really enjoying it j only ha e 4 weeks to my race for life but as long as I can at least run round some of it I'll be happy
Couch to 5k is supposed to be good. The times will come with the training but try to not get to precious about hitting 40 mins in 4 weeks of 2 or 3 runs a week.
