Thanks for the app tip Millsy! I should have all the documents as applied last year but PC and scanner both out of use with decorators in. I seem to remember sending my passport and driving license pics last year plus link from results.
Last year you needed proof of ID - so passport or driving licence (something with a photo and would have your DOB), plus proof of UK residence (e.g. utility bill or bank statement). Plus the proof of marathon time of course
Runningowl - something around ??35 or thereabouts I think.
I know I keep referring back. I have GFA a few times and every year the entry procedure is different! I do hope it is not going to be more complicated!
The UK Residence proof tripped me up a bit, but I just took a photo of my last bank statement and wrote Copy across it in Photoshop. Fingers crossed that's enough for them...
cheers tiny - after years of ballots, them changing the times last year and heartache i cannot believe i can simply tell them a time and get a guaranteed place - surely its not that simple - must be a catch somewhere that means i don't get in?

what documents do i need - is it just a certificate from previous race with time on? Do we have to pay now or when accepted? How does it all work?
They will tell you what you need to send. Last year I had to pay once I had sent my proof of time
I use an app called cam scanner where you just photograph the documents and then it converts them into a PDF file which you can then email to your PC.
I think they have a check of the documents and then send you a link to confirm and pay. I think this was a week or so after sending off the results.
Was a pretty simple process from memory.

New style 'photo' driving licenses have your address on (as well as photo ID and DOB)
i used passport - but driving license will do i think
Woo! I've applied now as well.
The UK Residence proof tripped me up a bit, but I just took a photo of my last bank statement and wrote Copy across it in Photoshop. Fingers crossed that's enough for them...
Applied . Have had to use driver's licence for proof of age AND proof of residence and not sure they'll accept that.......
Brilliant time Andy!
Tiny, I'm sure that's fine to use your drivers license for both.
All done. Better get in as am applying for GFA rather than using my deferred place as you can't defer the deferred place again!
See you all at the green start.

After starting this thread it took me 2 days to sort my printer and scanner out to enable me to send my details!
