Good luck in the race wabo.

Decided to try a route from Callander to Dunblane today, following the Mary Queen of Scots way. Diverged slightly at one point to shorten it but still ended up being 12.3 miles and there was some lovely scenery, despite the constant rain and low cloud.  Will definitely do it again.

    Lyrics, nah.

    Afternoon!

    Lyrics: no

What: just 15 mins off road (undulating wet grass in the rain)
Why: legs didn't want to work. Feel as though I'm going down with something: must fight it! Would be typical though as one more day and then that's it until September...if, indeed, I have any work in September! Depends who wants me and if they can afford me!

Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

    Nice MLR Chick

    Well done Dibs x 2

Now this is a rare traing post for me.....

10 x 20m lengths of swimimng......., I dont normally do water, but away for the night at our corporate conference area that has a 20m pool, seeing as I cannot run at present.... why not? made use of the steam room and sauna too....

    Take care

  • Wow!
An exciting couple of days on here. So we now have at least two qualified medics, and LMH who casually dropped into conversation that she was just as clued up on the life saving.

I actually managed to get out for a run, ignoring a knee niggle. For my payback I got a warm drizzle and evening sunshine, topped off with the most amazing full arc rainbow. I kid you not, but when I turned that final corner it actually did finish in our street! Still searching for the pot of gold though.
