I'm looking to buy a running belt to carry my inhaler and iPhone in while out running. I usually pop my iPhone in the pocket of my leggings but after having an asthma attack due to the pollen while out running last week, resulting in my mum driving my inhaler to me, I really need to start carrying it with me!! The pocket on my leggings only just holds my iPhone so I need to find something else like a running belt. Only problem is I'm a size 8 and usually things like this never fit properly and I can't be doing with it bouncing around or falling down while I'm running. If anyone else has had this problem or has advice or recommendations on any tight fitting belts please let me know
Thanks

I have a fitletic/ifitness belt, which is brilliant. Highly adjustable, doesn't bounce. Not too expensive. They do bigger ones with number clips and bottle holders, no idea what they're like, but the little one I have is fantastic.

Yeah, belts like that one (or the SiS gel belt that I have) are probably your best bet as they have a simple elastic strap that you can make smaller easily. If it won't adjust small enough, just double over the belt fabric and sew it up a bit. The more complicated padded ones tend not to go small enough and I have one that doesn't fall off, but does twist itself around on my waist, which is really irritating.
The high 5 running belt around £7 had 6 gel loops, and also has a pocket on it, that i can fit an iphone 5s, inhaler, and car key in.
They do it in a couple of size. I'm a 10 and the Small one is bloody tight... I can only just wear it whist it's set to be as loose as it can be.
I have a Spibelt no bounce lots of different colours and mine must of been in the washing machine at least a hundred times and still going strong.

FBJB - that looks really good. But do you need to do it up so it fits really snugly to make it not bounce? Or does it stay in place with no bouncing or twisting even when it's adjusted to exactly the size of your waist?
It's adjustable and stretches accommodate whatever you put in it (within reason) no bounce or twisting. I normally carry my phone, couple of gels, some money, car keys and an emergency snickers on longer runs no problem.
Sportsdirect do a belt thats identical as far as i can see for ??2.50 !

(dammit was more expensive when I bought mine)
Bastards only seem to make a men's model though - 'one size fits most' isn't going to work for petite ladies. Grr.
A big +1 for the Spibelt, mines been hammered daily for about 18 months now, still looks like new.
