I ran a 10k run just over a week ago and since then I have had pain in my right thigh . I have tried running again and the pain is still there also I have the pain when I am walking sometimes . I don't want to stop running so what is the best rehabilitation?

Either stop running for 10 days to two weeks, or just put up with it, things like Kinesio Tape might help, go see a physio and get a massage or two....
But the easiest thing to do is either rest it, or just run gently on it and see if it slowly gets better.
