There are two Parkruns under development for North West Wales at the moment, one using part of the Deganwy Dash route between Deganwy and Conwy and another in Bangor, there's a race on between the organisers to get theirs up an running first. I know the Conwy organisers are hoping to be up and running within the next few months and Abergele Harriers and Colwyn Bay Athletics Club are involved. Eirias Park was considered as a venue but it was thought that the muddy winter conditions there might put some of the runners off.
Sounds really good. The Conwy one would suite me and the location is excellent too. Its a bit further than Delamere from Mold but It would be a viable alternative.

Bangor parkrun is starting on 15th Nov as far as I know
Ellesmere Port has just started this week as another alternative.
