He needs to man up a bit. He still uses crying as a way to try and get his own way. And it did work a bit for him as my OH pushed him from behind for a while to Gert him up the last half mile or so!
Emmy those photos on Fb looked beautiful. I keep trying to persuade my OH that Germany would be a good holiday destination but he won't go for it
Lovely six miles along the valley floor this morning. Saw slugs and cows with bells rt round their necks. One basejumper and as helicopter doing delivery runs.
Morning all - tired from track so just a bit of core and foam rollering. Swim session at 9pm tonight, why does no one else want to arrange these things for 5am? Great win last night birky, between Jo and Steve Way it seems 40 is the right age for running. MC, sounds amazing, enjoy the rest of the break.
Morning all - hill reps this morning, ouch. NW 4 magpies. You've got the sun then birky, grey here. SOC champs sounds good to me, can you persuade my pool to open at 5am. Another great night for Team GB in the athletics last night.
morning all - fully recovered and enjoying the peace and relative tranquility of working from home. Might run later... but am waiting for a new shed to arrive. So Rock and Roll!
afternoon - 3 hour hilly run done, last big training session before IM complete. NW sheep, horses, including one I patted on the way past, dogs, cats, slugs, squirrels and a very poorly looking rabbit OR 5 DW a bird. Lots of exercise in the sunshine yesterday, and wasted a good amount of time looking at and not buying stuff for our house. Is it really August, I'm back in woolly socks.
Morning all - nothing this morning, felt really rough last night, gutted as I'd just made the most amazing carb free pizza with a cauliflower base and had to give it to Mr F. Nice cross training PSC. Sun is making an attempt to shine in London too birky.
