Like the sound of the bad cow weekend, it says multiple laps but how many we talking about?
Each lap is 5km ish so 2 laps for 10k and 4 for the half and 8 for marathon
Good thing is its such a lovely place you dont really notice the laps i did 3 laps the other day and it was nice, bit wet tho
did the first Giant's Head and loved it (even if it was 28 miles...)
Foolishly entered a 40 miler in late May which sort of rules out the Ox. However tempted by the Larmer tree as a warm up and the Giants Head again as would have done the miles.
I did spy the Bad Cow. Maybe the double marathon?
Will get planning!
I think that the Bad Cow double is going to be on the cards for me, I've liked it ever since I saw them designing the medals on Facebook! Already booked in for Larmer20 which will be my first attempt at trail, I really hope I don't break an ankle or something as I have so many races already booked and I am a complete dope off of tarmac!
Larmer 20 will be a good one start with its not massively hilly (compared to the Ox) and it will be dry....I hope unless its wet of course
Bad Cow is flat too coz we izz good like dat
I still don't know whether to believe you or not about Bad Cow being flat Goldbeetle, I've heard quite enough about how hilly your races are! I've not had the pleasure of trying any yet mind you, it all could be a massive unprovoked rumour (it blatantly isn't!!).
This is the venue its right by the sea and is all at sea level

My house is on the seafront further along the coast and my locale is anything but flat!! I'll believe it when I see it, which hopefully will be on the Sat AND Sun, just as long as entries don't fill up before 24th Dec!
Should be ok
Holly go for a visit the park is open all day
The Ox is toughie but larmer is a lovely race
Do the larmer and then see how you feel about the Ox?

The random nudity at the GHM last year was shocking. The stopping and taking pictures ruined my finish time.
