Greetings from the great unwashed, heathen, wastelands of Birmingham. Just dropped by on a whim to see if Radio Worcsetershire was still broadcasting. Looks like it is, just about. Hope you're all well
Can my fellow runners do me a favour? A friend of mine at my running club needs votes to get in Asics team for Paris Marathon. It only takes two seconds please click on the link and vote for Kirsty White
Excellent work on the loss, I've decided that there's no point weighing myself until the end of Jan, it would only be bad news based on a lack of exercise and increased calorie intake recently.
Nothing planned along those lines until late season I think, I'm kind of planning to try and get to Austria uninjured which is less likely if I try something daft again. Plus leaving it til later means I can plan something truly ridiculous
I don't think I could get into my wetsuit at the moment but I have managed to do some training, which is progress. Work put to rest any thoughts of training in the final quarter of 2014.
Not sure what I'm doing tonight, likely to be a turbo.
Just a little jog to the car from work tonight and a drive hime, needed to be a 20 miler to get the general distaste out of my system having spent a few days in the company of incompetents!
Hoping work doesn't screw any attempts at a structured plan this year as it has the last two seasons but I'm not holding my breath
What ho, lovely listeners! Are we back on the air, then?
I've decided that serious training for anything log is going to have to wait until next year; too much life stuff going on at the moment to get my 'fast' marathon.
Weight loss is one target though: 11st 12.5lb at the moment; will report back for accountability purposes.
Uneventful weekend at Hamster Mansions too; spot of work, nice bonus layer of insulation laid in the loft, now waiting in for the EPC assessor to turn up so we can get a certificate so we can get a feed-in tariff when we have solar panels installed.
What an exciting life it is!
I bet Aitch would join the weightloss league if pointed in our direction

Nothing happen in the Shire during 2014?
Question is will anythig happen in 2015!
Highly unlikely
Speak for yourselves.
Just another year, isn't it Mouse?
I'm already looking forward to December, can't wait for the door to open and see my first look at....
...the first chocolate on my advent calendar
ha ha ha
Good morning both, Good morning Woostershire. I wonder if we can get this old am/fm equipment working again..?
I have lost 1lb on my latest diet. Yippee.
I am also looking forward to December and my advent calendar as I am trying not to eat chocolate before then, and may have a little treat.
Symes, are you doing any progressive running through January as your new year resolution?
What about you, GOM?
Good evening both, sod the Woosies

Me, I know nothing! (there are a lot of people who would agree with that statement)!
Guess I should start by seeing if I can fit into my wetsuit! Or I could see if my bikes have not rusted to dust or try and find a pair of trainers!
Not sure what I'm doing tonight, likely to be a turbo.
Turbo - noooooooooooooooooo!

Work get in the way of training, never.........

In other news:
That went well then
Kind of jinxed himself didn't he?! (Mrs S by the way)
Eddie Izzard does Austria?
In a turban.
That really was a grade A pisser. Heal strong, Symes.
So, the great Radio Worcestershire Weightloss League:
Mouse 1lb (good start, early leader!)
Crashie 0
GOM 0
Any more for any more?
I have training for the last few weeks and I seem to have gained weight! So any plan to lose weight is not going well for me at the moment!
Symes - at least by all accounts the bike is OK, so that at least is a good thing
Well that was quite a weekend for some!
Woo hoo, a woosie! Welcome back Mr Hampster, Sir. Plus a warm welcome to Mrs S. How is the patient today?
Yay for the weight loss league. I wonder if anyone else will want to join us.
An uneventful weekend chez Mouse this weekend. Spent most of it slack jawed at other listeners' achievements.
Uneventful weekend at Hamster Mansions too; spot of work, nice bonus layer of insulation laid in the loft, now waiting in for the EPC assessor to turn up so we can get a certificate so we can get a feed-in tariff when we have solar panels installed.

I could do with losing some timber too (rather than timbuctoooo)
Yay!
It's a little more 'Porkers...' than 'Radio Worcs' but that's ok
Man is doing the EPC even as we speak; it's all terribly exciting (and keeping me from my sossidge and mash)
Training will be a walk, later.
Porky Worcy ?
I nearly read that as something rather very different Mr H!
Training will be a w...., later.
turned out that there was none of that, or anything else to be fair
By the time I'd nibbled on my sossidge, the urge to do anything productive had left me, so I put my feet up!
GOM. I'm.... well really not very surprised at all actually.
I'll give Aitch a nudge. Not sure when she last posted on the forms.
Whst is EPC?
