Does a 2 part run count as a long run?

Hello all, I'm looking for your opinions as to whether running 10 miles to the swimming baths, swimming 1-2 miles and then running back 10 miles would count as a 'long run' for the purposes of marathon training?

There is no sitting around or owt, in, changed, swim, changed and back on the road.

Or does it literally have to be one single trip to really count?

( I'm trying to make a better job of my second marathon training after a shin splint episode last time)
