Families can be trying (and also lovely) but throw in illness and makes things a bit more trying. My dad is ill at the moment and I think he is lying about how ill he is so that I won't worry. It's not working. It's very hard as he is 550miles away to a trip requires a bit of organising.
Never mind Caz - when you're up and about I could get my 'professional photographer' friend (there's an in-joke there) to take you out on a Bin Photography Masterclass.
I can take pictures of the hospital waste system if you like Caz? I have free access to a wide variety of pedal bins, bin bags and industrial scale wheelie bins on a daily basis. They're colour coded and come with written instructions as to what goes in where.
Morning. Cats safely home, chickens happy scratching about in the garden, muffin omelettes in the oven, tea in the pot. May go for a run later or cycle out to Battle.
Days been a bit slow to start as was waiting for cats.
Do you have anything soft to wear under your bra SC?
I am off for prosthetic fitting shortly. I think I will itch less once the drain is out and I can wash properly. I have a lot of glue from the dressings that I can't get off at the moment and I think it is that which is itching
Afternoon all - still waiting on my rebounder...(ordered on the 3rd...paid for speedy delivery....promised delivery on the 5th...emailed twice complaining...they emailed me today with a tracking number for it....they posted it today )
The rebounder is so I can get more active at work - I plan on rebounding 10 minutes for every hour at work...*boing*
I got my bouncer *boing* - and Lidl were selling gym equipment today - I got a 2.5k and a 5k kettlebell (£4.99 and £6.99 respectively) and some TYR straps (or their version of) for £13.99...bargain!! I just need to get off my arse and stop just looking at my new purchases and put them into action!!
I'm having a rest day, wasn't s'posed to be but I discovered I had looked myself in (to the garden at least. Then it rained. Sun is shining now but that's no good, it'll be getting dark soon.
I've been grounded by my doc - so much for wanting to get bouncing...the toe that I cut (road rashed!) in Sydney hasn't healed - (it's an open wound basically!) so she's told me to stay off my feet (HA! chance would be a fine thing) to try and see if it'll heal if I'm not weight bearing on it for a while...*pants!!*
I was in a shop looking at dresses because I was in an odd sort of mood. I mentioned that none of them would fit as I didn't have the required boobage. I think homemade prosthetics would be a lot better than the pair of socks I suggested.

Hugs to all in need ((()))
((Fbjb)) Glad I don't have to organise such a long trip to visit.
I feel that I have eaten sack of spuds that were chocolate flavoured. The more I think about trying to avoid food the more I end up eating the stuff.
I feel like my belly is about to burst. All I want to do is have a hot bath and go to bed.
Well, I lasted out another couple of hrs. Really bored now. Time to take the book to bed.
I'm all packed, ready for my little adventure
(())
Good luck, big hugs, hope all goes well for you
All the best for your next adventure SC. (())
Hi all - big long post got lost...too tired to type again!! Love to SC hope and pray all goes well for you.
I'm jet lagged...we had a lovely time...miss LMF but back to work...that sums it all up
Hoping SCaz is on the mend. Cheesey mundane thoughts.
I just sent a couple of slightly ballsy Emails. I am not sure whether to be proud of myself or scared.
Both Madbee. If you are scared, how do you think the recipients feel.
Cheesy hugs for SC
I am home and recovering well. They didn't give me any cheese but I did take my own cheesy oat cakes in thankfully.
I saw a few bins with orange bags in them but couldn't take photos as my phone battery was dying

I'm getting quite good at my own photography PGI. Does anyone want to see a photo of my boob?
Best offer I've had all day, I guess.
Today I am wearing a bra. It itches

Afternoon. A colleague who is leaving work in two weeks has just said goodbye to me, very formally. I'll be seeing him in work tomorrow.

I plan to order some gym equipment this week. I've wanted some for a while, but it makes sense for it to be delivered while I am off work.

I'd just like to meet Gym, or Bob.

I have spent today setting the turbo up and experimenting with homemade sports prosthetics

I went back to work today and they did a collection for me
Like a fashion collection?
Now that would be useful
