Hi all. I'm doing the Loch gu Loch race in September (based on the Otilo race) No transitions etc so need to swim with shoes on, Was wondering what footwear folks use for swim/run/swim/run endurance races? Cheers FWP
That's good to know. I was asked to join a friend doing Loch gu Loch this year, but had to decline. She's doing it anyway and the plan is to enter together next year. It does look awesome . . . but scary . . . but awesome.
Have you done anything remotely similar before Frank?
Hi Nurse Ratched. I've done plenty Triathlons up to Half IM, (full IM thus July at the Outlaw). Did the Scottish Coast to Coast last year, run/bike/ kayah. But not Swim/run only. I'm really looking forward to it especially if we get a nice day scenery will be stunning. Will post a race report once it's done and I've recovered.

Cheers Cougie. Interesting reading. Looks like the shoe to go for.

Cougie. Ordered a pair of the Ino-V8 (I'm a petrolhead ) and will start swim/run trials with them when I get home from work.
