I looked a few weeks ago for the race but couldnt find it.....I presumed that they were not doing it this year....they dont seem to get the advertsing of this very well
I do love this race but have scanned the website now and can find no details on price..... I am finding it more and more that companies seem to be hiding one of the most important details......
i did look this a few weeks ago and couldnt find details.I was going to encourage a group from my running club to do it as i have really enjoyed it.....
But I really cannot understand where the price hike could come from.
they only provide some water and some great marshalls
Sometimes just sometimes the littlest of things mean a awful lot. The hot cup of tea before venturing over the moorlands with the mist so thick the torch was useless, priceless.
I just wish companies would give more information.if there was a genuine reason to hike the price up from £23 to £40.... and they stated it on the front page then i could understand..
I cant see them getting many entrants....this is the first time I have seen it mentioned......and as i said I have looked for it a few times on the website.
without advertising / marketing or a race then how do you expect people to enter....
shame as this is a good race.and I'm free that night
Agree, the website isn't the best. BUT, just think of it as a filter process. If you can't tough out the registration process, you're probably not going to enjoy the challenge of Sleepwalker either! The fact this event is so low key is what makes it great, in my opinion. So many corporate races nowadays that have lost their character. Sleepwalker has a certain charm to it that others have lost. Most importantly, it's well-run, well marshalled and one of the best races around. Bring it on!

Ack, shocking website, and awfully slow, when you actually find it.. Lots of "Waiting for 83.170.114.77" in the browser.. classy
I gave up Might be a great race, but not worth the effort trying to find out

Seren , agree with you regards massive price hike. If its £ 40 odd quid next year I for one will not be taking part.

8 degrees c . Rain will be heavy at times mainly over hills, windy in exposed areas.
Wind direction WSW. Wind speed 18 mph.
Just the sort of weather one would expect this time of year, yes bring it on !
Done and dusted,
About 45 ish hearty souls competed, well done to all of you, an interesting night on the hills.
I for one enjoyed myself very much.
One final comment, not one spectator last night , can't imagine why !
