There are a few, the nicest may well be Newton. They mostly make road shoes, with a variety of options. I have a few pairs, and particularly love the ones with the more pronounced P.O.P.1 soles- they really reward running with a forefoot style.
The range is a bit bewildering, and they're far from cheap, but they are really nicely made, and worth a try. They're a bit addictive.
I've had Inov8's before (and still use mudclaws) but am looking for a road shoe with more cushioning rather than minimalism as I feel I'm a bit heavy for them.

Thanks, I'll take a look ????????
Most minimalist shoes will work. inov8's are very popular, again not cheap but last years models will be on offer somewhere.
Then there's merrel, nike free, soreknees kinvara. etc.

I'll check out those Newtons.
I had a rep from Nike give a presentation nearly 30 years back and the subject of forefoot strikers didn't even register.
Their race shoes still had all the cushioning in the heel and the forefoot area left wafer thin.
Fast runners barely need a heel at all in a shoe. Modified track spike does the job fine.
