Just a bit of advice please - I have entered a half marathon in mid March, I wanted to know if my training schedule (this is all the time that I have spare) means I am doing enough - it is:
Monday - speed intervals for around 40 minutes
Wednesday - 6 mile run
Thursday - spin class
Friday - either 6 mile run or intervals
Sunday - Long run at present up to 11 miles, (adding on half a mile per week)
I am not particularly focusing on completing the half in a specific time, to complete it is what I am concentrating on - am I doing enough?

Intervals on a Friday could be one hard session too many. 6 miles easy would be sufficient.
Thanks Millsy - so you think to run 6 miles twice a week (Wed and Fri), and keep intervals to a Monday only?
Brilliant - thanks, do you think it would matter much if I did 6 miles on a treadmill instead of outside just once a week?
