Schmunks, unfortunately as I'm away doing Maastricht the following week, work has very kindly decided to put me on standby that weekend, so unfortunately we won't be able to make it, as have to be available (sans alcohol too!!) within the hour !

I shall be followingsupporting from afar though.

Ben (byflyer) and I are confirmed for camping Sat night and helping out on the aid station. Bringing our bikes up so will ride out and back.

Sounds like the spreadsheet supercedes the need to email OSB direct?

Morning all

I have heard from OSB and they are able to offer free camping, free swim on the Saturday and t-shirts.

I need to compile information from them for 8 July so please can you email outlawsupport (at) hotmail (dot) co (dot) uk with the following

1) Forename of EACH VOLUNTEER
2) Surname of EACH VOLUNTEER
3) Camping Fri
4) Camping Sat
5) Camping Sun
6) Adult T-shirt size (choices are SM, MD, LG, XL)
7) Child t-shirt size (Choices are (7-8, 9-11, 12-13, 14-15)

Free swims on the Saturday are available but I have been given a free code which I would need to pass on to you. If you can let me know whether you would like to enter a swim, I can then let you have the code. You then enter the race via the OSB website and use the code at checkout for free entry

If your name is not on the list, we cannot cater for you ie t-shirt and packed lunch. Whilst we would not wish to turn volunteers away, if your name is not on the list we cannot allow you t-shirts, lunches, and any other freebies as, as you can see, we are supplying names/numbers to OSB

I have to give this information to OSB by 8 July so please can I have your details by 6 July.

Righto, we have the bacon ordered, organised the bread style thing to put round it and have red and brown sauce and butter. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk sorted.

Is there any other reasonable requests for the feed station kitchen?
