Hi wondering if anyone can help? I'm running the London Marathon in 2017. I have been running a year and completed a few 10K's 10mile (in 2 hours 1) and a half marathon (in 2 hours 50). I'm slow and really want to improve my time for the marathon but I think I'm in a habit of running slow. I want to start marathon training this week but don't know whether to pick the beginners or improvers training plan from the marathon site. What would you advise?

I'd advise the one that will fit in with the rest of your life so that you're most likely to be able to stick with it for the next few months.
